A net worth tracker for the whole household
Eudos tracks net worth across every account and asset a household owns: bank and brokerage accounts synced read-only through Plaid, crypto, real estate, collectibles and private holdings. Debts are netted, and trusts and LLCs are counted at the household's share. Net worth is recorded every day, so the history is there when you need it.
Updated
What can it track?
Bank, brokerage and retirement accounts; crypto exchanges and coins; property with automated valuation estimates and linked mortgages; art, gold and collectibles with dated appraisals; private stock and LLC interests; loans and cards with their interest rates.
Why do quick sums overstate net worth?
A rental held through a 50% LLC isn't worth its full price to the household. In the example in the essay on building a family office, the quick sum is a third too high.
How are connected accounts protected?
Connections are read-only, and bank credentials go to Plaid, never to Eudos. Your financial records and documents are encrypted at rest, and every connection is encrypted in transit. Data is never sold.
