Privacy Policy

Account information you provide: name, email address, and authentication details.

Financial data you connect: balances, holdings, and transactions retrieved through our aggregation partner (Plaid) using read-only access, plus any assets you add manually.

Usage and device information needed to operate and secure the service, such as log data and approximate location for fraud prevention.

To provide the service — calculating your net worth, allocation, history and projections.

To secure your account, detect anomalies, and prevent fraud.

To communicate with you about your account, billing, and material changes to the service.

We never sell your personal or financial data.

We never use your financial data for third-party advertising or to build profiles for advertisers.

We never move money. Connections are read-only wherever technically available.

When you connect an institution, you authenticate directly through Plaid. Your banking username and password are never transmitted to or stored by Eudos.

Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified providers and undergoes independent audits.

You can delete your account at any time. Account and profile data is deleted within 90 days. Certain financial records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with applicable recordkeeping regulations, after which they are permanently deleted.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can export your portfolio at any time and contact us to exercise other rights.
