Terms of Service

Eudos provides software to aggregate, track, and analyze your financial accounts and assets. Eudos is an informational tool. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, or investment adviser, and nothing in the service constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Eudos. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

All plans include a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required to start. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorization, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Eudos connects to financial institutions through third parties such as Plaid. Your use of those connections is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data shown is complete, accurate, or up to date, and you should verify important figures with your financial institutions and advisors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eudos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on information in the service.

We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
