Family office software for individuals
Much of a family office's work is record-keeping: consolidated reporting, performance measurement, cash and bills, tax records and estate records. Eudos keeps those records for a household. Each trust, LLC and holding company is kept on its own books and consolidated at the household's ownership share. Managing investments and giving advice stay with the family and its CPA, attorney or adviser, who can be given read-only access to the portfolios the family chooses. Software, not an adviser.
Updated
What does it keep?
The consolidated balance sheet; IRR on the money invested; cash flow and runway; tax estimates and a pack for the accountant; beneficiary designations you record.
What doesn't it do?
It gives no investment, tax or legal advice, doesn't set up structures, and can't move money.
Questions
Do I need a family office to use it?
No; it suits any household with entities or more than a brokerage account.
Can my CPA see it?
Yes: read-only access to the portfolios you choose, which you grant and can remove at any time.
Is it a replacement for an adviser?
No. It keeps the records; advice stays with licensed professionals.
